Bonnie Mwangi, CPA, Founder, CEO and Principal Accountant, is passionate and dedicated to the work he does for his clients. He has close to two decades of professional experience as an Economist and CPA, and Trusted Business Advisor, spending much of this time advising some of the world's premier companies, and can count many of the world's largest companies as having been his clients at some point in time.
Much of his many years of experience in consulting and leadership was in Big 4 Accounting and Consulting firms such as Deloitte and Touche and EY, where he led and directed complex engagements advising global business leaders. He also has highly sought after expertise in tax planning, transfer pricing, international tax, and tax controversy.
He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions ("M&A") due diligence (primarily from a tax and transfer pricing perspective), and valuations (including that of intangible assets). Additionally, he has over a decade of experience in accounting.
He is passionate about education, and holds several advanced degrees, including:
(1) MBA from Cornell University's SC Johnson Graduate School of Management;
(2) Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in Toronto, Canada;
(3) Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston, Clear Lake; and
(4) Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Professional Accountant in Alberta and Manitoba in Canada, as well as in Texas and Illinois in the United States.
Finally, he is a member of the American Institute of CPAs as well as CPA Canada.

Gerald Thiaka is a senior accounting and finance professional with more than 26 years of experience helping businesses strengthen their financial operations through accurate accounting, efficient processes, and technology-enabled solutions. He brings deep expertise across bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax-ready accounting records, ERP systems, and corporate accounting gained through leadership roles in both the Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors.
As Director of Client Accounting Services & ERP Solutions, Gerald leads our outsourced accounting and financial reporting practice, helping clients establish reliable financial information that supports sound business decisions, tax compliance, financing, and growth. His experience allows our firm to provide clients with a complete accounting solution—from day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end close through audit support, ERP implementation, and management reporting.
